Directions to reach one of
Breckenridge Ski Resorts most exclusive homes:
From I-70 go south on CO-9 to Breckenridge, through the traffic circle and continue south onto either Park ave or Main street. To go under the gondola use Park Ave. Turn West (right) on Ski Hill Road and follow the signs to the Peak 8 & 7 lifts. The home is located 9 blocks beyond the Peak Eight and new Peak Seven base areas (under construction) on Ski Hill Road. To access driveway, turn right on Discovery Road, which will be on your right and proceed to third drive on the left.

Traffic on your scenic minute ride through the preserve of Cucumber Gulch, to or from the slopes is a rarity. Don't be surprised to sight fox, bear, mountain lion, deer and elk along the way. Ice skating, Nordic skiing, snowshoeing, dog sledding, snowmobiling and horse drawn sleigh rides are just down the road.
